Indianapolis Colts

The Indianapolis Colts compete in the AFC South division of the NFL. Founded in 1953 as the Baltimore Colts, the franchise relocated to Indianapolis in 1984 due to poor performances and low attendance figures. Legendary figures of the Colts include Peyton Manning, Johnny Unitas, Dwight Freeney and Reggie Wayne.

The Colts have made 28 playoff appearances in franchise history, winning 16 division championships, seven conference championships, three NFL championships (pre NFL-AFL merger) and two Super Bowls. The Colts’ home field is Lucas Oil Stadium, and the team is owned by Jim Irsay. The current general manager is Chris Ballard, and the head coach is Frank Reich.
