How to Use Gifts
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Set Your Stake
- Enter your desired Total Stake in the betslip.
- Replace it with an available Gift.
- Available and claimable gifts will be displayed:
- On the bottom of your betslip for sports and virtuals bets, or
- On the bottom of your betslip for sports and virtuals bets, or
- On a gift box stake icon for casino games.
Step 2: Check Gift Eligibility
Gifts can be used for:
- Upcoming & live matches
- Instant Virtuals
- Casino games
To see eligible gifts:
- Click the Gift icon for the current product, or
- Go to your Gifts page for full details.
Step 3: Apply the Gift
- After entering your stake, click “Use” to apply a gift.
- A pop-up will ask if you want to:
- Fully use the Free Bet Gift amount, or
- Partially use some amount
- The selected Free Bet Amount will automatically replace your real money stake.
- At the bottom, you’ll see:
- Free Bet Gift amount used
- Any real money is about to be deducted

Is it possible to cashout a bet placed by a "Gift"?
- Yes! Supported on WAP & Android v10.503.611+
- Once your cashout offer for a bet placed by a gift becomes profitable, you will be able to cashout the winnings (free bet gifts are stake not returned).
- If you cash out a mixed bet (real + gift) before profitability, the Free Bet Gift stake will be lost.
How many different types of “Gifts” are there?
- Free Bet Gifts
- Can be used without any spending condition, on the products for which they are applicable.
- Only net profit is credited. e.g., Free Bet Gift GHS 100 on 3.00 odds → (3 x 100) - 100 = GHS 200 potential winning.
- Discount Gifts
- Require spending a given amount of real money stake, in order to be used.
- Cash Gifts
- Can be used without any spending condition.
What are the conditions for Gifts usage? Do Gifts expire?
- Gifts can’t be withdrawn, they can only be used for placing bets.
- The payout from gift bets can be withdrawn immediately without any wagering conditions.
- Gifts have an expiry date, after which they can no longer be used.

Can I use different Gifts for the same bet?
No, only one Gift can be used per bet.
